Lynn’s focus on working mothers building agency is a deeply personal journey. As a busy mother and leader, she often found herself stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted. As her dissertation research unfolded along with some events in her personal life, she learned — and continues to practice — that she doesn't actually want to “do it all” (at least not all the time!). This is the core of her favorite work with women: to support them as they gain clarity about what they want most out of this one precious life we're given.

Lynn and her husband are parents to seven-year-old Sammy and a ten-year-old lab mix, Farley. As a family, they enjoy being outside, watching sports and movies, all things Legos, and traveling.
